Privacy Notice

How FRAIMD Limited handles information relating to consulting enquiries, artwork purchases and visits to this website.

1.0 Who we are

FRAIMD Limited (company number 16369746), registered at Wellesley House, 204 London Road, Waterlooville, Hampshire, England, PO7 7AN is the controller of personal data collected for both Fraimd Consulting and Fraimd Art, except where we act as a processor on a consulting client’s instructions under a separate agreement. For data protection enquiries, contact compliance@fraimd.co.uk or write to the registered office above.

2.0 Information we collect

We may collect names, business names, email addresses, telephone numbers, enquiry correspondence, artwork order and delivery details, consulting engagement records, invoices, bank-transfer references and relevant contractual information. If you engage with consulting services, information may also include authorised client personnel details and data needed for the agreed work. Our website host and image delivery services may receive technical information such as IP addresses, device/browser details and access logs when pages load. Please do not send sensitive personal data unless necessary and agreed securely.

3.0 Purposes and lawful bases

We use enquiry details to respond and discuss prospective services or artwork purchases (legitimate interests, or steps requested before entering a contract with an individual). We use order and service details to perform contracts, or where the customer is a business, for our legitimate interests in administering the business relationship. We use accounting and payment records to meet legal obligations and administer transactions. We use limited technical data for website operation, security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligations). Where we act as a processor for a consulting client, that client determines the relevant purposes and lawful basis.

4.0 Email, hosting and other recipients

Business email is provided through Microsoft 365 supplied via GoDaddy. Website hosting is arranged through GoDaddy. We may share necessary information with IT and hosting suppliers, accounting or invoicing service providers, banks, delivery/insurance providers, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required. We have not yet selected a named accounting platform; we will update this notice if that materially changes how information is handled. We do not currently use card payment gateways. Where suppliers process information outside the UK, we will assess applicable safeguards and rely on appropriate lawful transfer mechanisms where required.

5.0 How long we keep information

General enquiries that do not lead to a purchase or engagement are normally deleted after 12 months, unless we reasonably need them longer to deal with a continuing matter or legal claim. Contracts, order records and relevant correspondence are retained for an appropriate period to manage obligations and potential claims. Financial and tax records are retained for applicable statutory periods (commonly at least six years, depending on the record and legal requirement). Website server-log retention is determined by hosting arrangements and will be reviewed with the provider. We securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.

6.0 Marketing, cookies and artwork images

We do not send marketing newsletters or use Google Analytics or advertising trackers at launch. The website may still rely on essential hosting technologies and server logs. Artwork images may be delivered from a third-party image hosting service, which can receive technical connection data when your browser loads them. We will review cookies and third-party requests on the live site and introduce appropriate information or consent controls before adding non-essential technologies that require them.

7.0 Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Please contact compliance@fraimd.co.uk to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

8.0 Security and updates

We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards to protect information and limit access to those who need it. No online service is entirely risk-free. We may update this notice if our services, systems, providers or legal requirements change. Last updated: 21 October 2026.
